The Roast
We only roast the ones we love.
One willing roastee, four roasters, a host with a gavel and an audience voting for the best burn. Each roaster gets ninety seconds, the roastee gets a rebuttal, and the night ends with a toast. Mature audience: adult humour, but a hard line against anything hateful.
Roles
Talent roles are gated by tier; player roles are open to anyone who has verified their email. Any role can be covered by an AI understudy if the producer's fill policy allows it.

You run the dais. Introduce each roaster, keep them to time, and enforce the one rule: punch at what they chose (the job, the hair, the ego), never at what they didn't. Pull the plug on anything hateful.
