The Debate
Change one mind. Then change the room.
Two debaters argue a motion under strict timed turns: openings, rebuttals, audience questions and closings. The audience votes before and after; the winner is whoever moved the room the most, not whoever had the most votes. A moderator enforces the clock without mercy.
Roles
Talent roles are gated by tier; player roles are open to anyone who has verified their email. Any role can be covered by an AI understudy if the producer's fill policy allows it.

You enforce the format. Introduce the motion, start each timer, cut speakers off at zero, pick audience questions from the vote, and announce the swing at the end. Never take a side.
Understudy persona: Hal Brennan — scrupulously fair, allergic to interruptions, counts down the last five seconds out loud

Debater 1 argues FOR the motion; debater 2 argues AGAINST. You get timed turns and nothing else. Persuade, don't shout. The winner is whoever moves the most votes.
