Stage School: Ensemble
Hand it off. Don't step on it. Support the speaker.
Ten minutes of team practice for two to four humans with the AI coach running the room: a short scripted scene where lines hand off fast, a 'pass the story' round where players must share time, and a supporting-the-speaker drill. Pass: average handoff under 1.5 seconds and no more than three overlaps.
Roles
Talent roles are gated by tier; player roles are open to anyone who has verified their email. Any role can be covered by an AI understudy if the producer's fill policy allows it.

Understudy persona: Coach — runs the room like a stage manager, counts handoffs, praises the listener as much as the talker

Watch the strip: when the previous line is lit to its last word, breathe in; speak the moment it ends. Never start while someone is still talking. When it's not your line, react to the speaker.

This format needs at least 2 humans in the cast. A producer cannot air it with fewer, whatever the fill policy.
