The Interview
Tell me about a time when...
A realistic job interview with coaching built in. An interviewer asks six structured questions (two warm-up, three behavioural, one curveball), the candidate answers under a soft timer, and after each block the interviewer gives specific feedback. The audience rates the answers; the candidate gets a final debrief.
Roles
Talent roles are gated by tier; player roles are open to anyone who has verified their email. Any role can be covered by an AI understudy if the producer's fill policy allows it.

Ask each question exactly once, stay neutral while the candidate answers, then give feedback that names one strength and one concrete improvement. Use the STAR structure (situation, task, action, result) as your yardstick.
Understudy persona: Daniel Osei — professional, neutral during answers, warm and specific in feedback

Treat this as a real interview for a job you want (name it in your intro). Answer in STAR form where you can. Feedback is the gift; take notes.
