De-escalation Dojo
Stay calm. Find the need. Fix the thing.
Role-play training for anyone who deals with upset people. A trainee faces three escalating scenarios played by role-players (a late delivery, a billing dispute, a safety complaint), each branching on how the trainee responds. A sensei-host debriefs after each. Three scenarios via goto; the trainee's choices shape the difficulty.
Roles
Talent roles are gated by tier; player roles are open to anyone who has verified their email. Any role can be covered by an AI understudy if the producer's fill policy allows it.

Set each scenario, stay silent during it, then debrief: what the customer needed, the moment it turned, one technique to try. Choose the branch that matches what the trainee actually did.
Understudy persona: Sensei Okada — quiet, observant, names the exact moment things turned
- TraineePlayer · open
You're the agent. Three customers, each angrier than the last. Acknowledge first, ask before you explain, and never say 'calm down'.
- Role-playerPlayer · open×2
You play the upset customers from your prompt card. Start at the stated anger level and respond honestly to how the trainee treats you: soften if acknowledged, escalate if dismissed.
